Everything you need to know about Stintt

General

Stintt is a timesheet automation platform that converts calendar events and project management activity into ready-to-submit Excel timesheets. It is designed for professionals, freelancers, and teams who want to eliminate manual time logging from their workweek. It integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and ClickUp. Zoom, Asana, Monday.com, and Toggl Track integrations are coming soon.

Yes! Stintt offers a Free plan that is available indefinitely with no credit card required. The Free plan includes core timesheet generation for up to 7 days of events per export, one calendar source, standard templates, and 500 AI tokens per month. A paid Pro plan ($9/month or $108/year, currently 35–40% off during our launch) is available for users who require advanced features, longer date ranges, and additional integrations.

No installation is required. Stintt runs entirely in your web browser. Simply visit the website, authenticate with your preferred calendar or project management tool, and begin generating timesheets immediately. There is no desktop application, browser extension, or local software to install.

Privacy & Security

By default, no. Stintt fetches calendar data directly from provider APIs to your browser and processes it locally. If you opt in to AI features, event metadata is sent through our server to Google Gemini for real-time processing (not stored). If you enable automated email reports, encrypted tokens are stored server-side so we can fetch events on your behalf. If you use the team Workspace, synced calendar events are stored in our database to power team analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Stintt accesses only the data required to generate your timesheet — primarily event titles, descriptions, dates, and durations from the connected calendar or project management source. We do not access contacts, files, emails, or any data unrelated to timesheet generation. The exact scopes requested for each integration are listed on our OAuth Scope Justification page.

We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely for timesheet generation, is never transferred to third parties for advertising, and is never read by humans except with your consent or for security/legal compliance. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Use the "Delete All My Data" button on our Privacy Policy page to remove all local data (tokens, cached events, settings) and all server-side data (stored tokens, synced workspace calendar events, email schedules, AI usage records, profile). You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page at any time.

Sources & Integrations

We currently support 4 active integrations: Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and ClickUp. Zoom, Asana, Monday.com, and Toggl Track are coming soon.

Yes. Pro plan users can connect and combine data from multiple sources within a single timesheet export. This is useful for professionals whose work activity is distributed across several tools — for example, calendar meetings alongside Jira tickets and ClickUp tasks. Free plan users are limited to a single calendar source per export.

Stintt requests only the minimum OAuth scopes required to read the data needed for timesheet generation. We do not request write or delete permissions on user calendars or project management tools. A full breakdown of every scope requested, along with the specific functionality it enables, is published on our OAuth Scope Justification page for full transparency.

Pricing & Billing

The Free plan includes core timesheet generation with up to 7 days of events per export, one calendar source, Standard and Simple Log templates, list layout, and 500 AI tokens per month. It is free with no credit card required and no expiry.

The Pro plan ($9/month or $108/year, currently 35–40% off during our launch) unlocks date ranges of up to one year per export, access to all integrations, all export templates, both list and matrix grid layouts, custom spreadsheet template uploads, advanced grouping by date, category, and source, 50,000 AI tokens per month, and priority support.

Workspace ($12/month or $119/year) is built for managers, team leads, and CEOs. It includes everything in Pro, plus a team dashboard that shows what everyone spends time on, AI capacity briefings (burnout risks, rebalance suggestions, weekly forecasts), meeting cost analysis, focus fragmentation and work-life scores per teammate, capacity planning, tracking for up to 10 teammate calendars, and 100,000 AI tokens per month.

Yes — all Pro plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@stintt.com. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. No cancellation fees apply.

When your Pro subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Any timesheets you have already exported remain yours. You will retain access to the Free plan features (1 source, 7-day date range, standard templates, 500 AI tokens/month). Your connected sources and settings are preserved — you can upgrade again anytime to restore full access.

AI tokens are used when you trigger AI-powered features like Smart Categorization, AI Summary, or (on Workspace) AI capacity briefings. Each AI action consumes tokens based on the number of events processed. The Free plan includes 500 tokens per month (~50 events for categorization), Pro includes 50,000 tokens (~5,000 events), and Workspace includes 100,000 tokens. Token usage resets monthly.

Export & Templates

Stintt exports timesheets in Excel (.xlsx) format, which is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and most other spreadsheet applications. Both list and matrix grid layouts are supported on the Pro plan, and custom spreadsheet templates can be uploaded to match specific organizational requirements.

Yes! You can toggle columns on/off (task title, start/end time, duration, source, description, organizer, location, category, attendees) and choose how to group your data (by date, category, or source). Pro users can additionally upload their own spreadsheet templates to match the exact format required by their employer, client, or accounting system.

Stintt works on all modern web browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Brave. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best experience.
