Connect once.
Work flows in.

Connect your tools and let Stintt build the timesheets, run approvals and invoicing, and make exports effortless.

There is nothing for your team to feed afterwards. Team roll-ups, approvals and invoicing run on Google Calendar today. Teams, Jira, ClickUp and Asana cover your own timesheet and export; Linear and Todoist corroborate what a timesheet claims rather than producing hours. Nothing on the outer ring is connectable yet.

All integrations

Time tracking shouldn’t become another task.

Your team has already done the work. Stintt captures activity from the tools they already use and turns it into ready-to-review time records without asking anyone to rebuild their week from memory.

One time layer. Everything you need after it.

Capture, organise, act, understand — one system with a single input, not a pile of tools. Every part of it runs off the calendar your team already keeps: nothing to start, nothing to screenshot, and no agent on anyone's laptop.

From work done to time captured — automatically.

Connect the tools your work already runs on. Stintt captures the signals, makes sense of the week, and hands you a record whose only remaining job is to be reviewed.

Stintt captures and sorts the week

Events become draft entries, categorised by client, project and work type — meeting, focus, admin, break or time off. Correct one and the rule sticks. Work that never got booked goes in from a chat message.

    Review it, then use it

Approve a timesheet, build a report, bill a client, or just see where the week went. A manager reviews, edits, or sends a week back with a note — only approved hours reach an invoice, and discarded time stays on the record as discarded, so a later dispute has an answer.

Track time. Get time back.

Stintt captures the work you already do, turns it into accurate timesheets and helps you see where your time goes — with less manual effort.

  1. Less manual trackingNo more chasing hours or updates.
  2. Less adminFewer approvals, follow-ups and status checks.
  3. Better time dataAccurate, consistent and project-ready.
  4. Better decisionsSee what matters. Allocate time better.
  5. More productive timeReclaim hours to do your best work.
  6. 2–4 hrs/week is what manual tracking costs — the range the calculator above starts from, not an average we measured.

Tracking time is the input. Reclaiming it is the outcome.

One week of work. More than one useful outcome.

Capture the week once and use it everywhere you need it. The hours your team already worked become a timesheet a manager can approve, a picture of where capacity went, and an invoice line a client will accept — one connection behind all three.

Turn busy time into productive time.

Being busy and being productive are not the same thing. Stintt helps you see where the time is going so you can decide where it should go next.

  • Rebalance workload

An illustration, not a measurement — the mix above is ours, not yours. Stintt draws this shape from your own connected week, and the hours never leave the week: 40h at both ends of the slider. What changes is which column they land in, and that change is a decision a person makes.

Spend less time managing the work around work.

Timesheets are only one part of the invisible admin surrounding a week — and most of it lands on someone who never opened the timesheet.

Less chasing

Approvals sit against the week, so a manager reviews what arrived instead of asking who is late.

Less reconstruction

The calendar already holds the week, so nobody rebuilds Monday from memory on Friday.

Less reporting admin

Reports read the approved hours directly — no spreadsheet is assembled by hand to produce one.

Less manual categorisation

Correct a category once and the rule sticks, so the same recurring meeting stops being wrong.

There are easier ways to track time than pressing Start.

We publish thirteen comparison pages, and every one of them names the case where the other tool is the better pick. A comparison with no concession is just an ad.

  • Timers you start and stop

    Clockify · Toggl · Harvest · Paymo

Accurate when someone remembers. The whole day rests on a button press, and Friday reconstruction is where the hours quietly disappear.

    Stintt
Nothing to press. The week is already recorded.

They win on live, in-the-moment starts.
  • All-in-one suites

    ClickUp · monday.com · QuickBooks Time

Time is a field on a task, filled in by whoever remembers. Fine for a project rollup; thin when a client asks what those 42.5 hours actually were.

    Stintt
Time tracking is the product, not a field on a card.
    They win
They own the tasks and the boards.

What Stintt cannot do: photograph a screen, score an activity level, or log which apps and URLs someone opened. There is nothing on the laptop to collect it with.

Understand time. Don’t watch people.

No screenshots. No keystroke logging. No app-by-app surveillance. Most time tracking earns its accuracy by watching a computer all day; this one reads a calendar your team already keeps, and that difference is the whole product.

  • What Stintt reads

    • Event title, start time, end time and duration
    • Attendee email domains — to work out which client a meeting belongs to
    • Messages you deliberately send the bot, like “fixed login bug 2h”
    • Months of existing calendar history, the moment you authorize
  • What it never touches

    • No screenshots. Not once, not optionally, not on a setting.
    • No app or URL history, and no idle or activity scoring
    • Not the contents of your meetings — no documents, recordings or transcripts
    • It cannot create, edit or delete an event. The scope is read-only.
  • What your team controls

    • Team views are aggregate by default — no individual’s day is on display
    • Everyone can see exactly what was captured about them
    • Disconnecting revokes it — from Stintt or from your Google account
    • Built to Google’s Limited Use Policy requirements

All of it holds for one structural reason: there is no agent on anyone’s machine, so there is nothing there to collect it with.

Everything you want to know before you connect

Short answers. The long ones live on the full FAQ.

No. There is no agent, no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no app-or-URL history — none of it is collected, because there is nothing installed on the laptop to collect it with. Stintt reads the events already in your calendar, so there is also nothing to start and nothing to forget to stop.

Read-only access, and nothing more. The OAuth scope we request cannot create, edit or delete a calendar event. Corrections you make inside Stintt stay inside Stintt — they never propagate back to Google or Outlook. Every scope we ask for is listed, with its reason, on our public OAuth Scope Justification page.

No. Team views are aggregate by default, and every person can see exactly what was captured about them. Managers review and approve submitted time; they do not get a feed of what anyone is doing during the day, because nothing is watching to produce one. Team roll-ups and approvals require a connected Google Calendar workspace.

No. Categorization works from event metadata — the title, the time, the duration and who was invited. Not documents, not recordings, not transcripts, and not the contents of any message. Attendee email domains are used to work out which client a meeting belongs to, and nothing else.

Send a message. "Fixed login bug 2h northwind" in Telegram or Google Chat is enough — it lands on the timesheet with the hours, the client and a category attached, and /undo reverses the last entry. Reminders can nudge you before the timesheet is late, in your own timezone.

Accurate enough to review rather than rebuild, which is the bar that matters. What Stintt produces is a draft: every line is editable, and when you correct one the rule sticks, so the same recurring meeting is categorised your way from then on. Nothing is submitted, approved or billed to a client without a person accepting it first.

One OAuth grant, then pick a date range. One admin connect syncs up to 10 teammate calendars, so nobody else has to do anything at all — there is no per-machine rollout and no warm-up period the way a desktop agent has. Your existing history is analyzable within minutes of connecting — 21 days on Free, and any range up to a year on Pro and Workspace.

Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams and Outlook, Jira, ClickUp, and Asana, plus Telegram and Google Chat for logging time by message. Google Calendar drives the team dashboards and approvals; Teams, Jira, ClickUp and Asana cover your own timesheet and export. Zoom, Monday.com and Toggl Track are not connected yet.

Free is free indefinitely with no credit card: one calendar, a 21-day export window, two templates and a monthly AI allowance. Pro adds any date range up to a year, five calendar accounts, every template and custom uploads. Workspace adds manager approvals, client invoicing with tax, capacity signals and up to 10 teammate calendars. Every plan exports to Excel — your time records are yours on the free plan too.
