Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us at legal@stintt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:

• Access or export data you do not have the legal right to use.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.

• Interfere with the Service’s security, integrity, or infrastructure.

• Attempt to access data belonging to other users.

• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

We may investigate and act on any violation of these Terms.

Details of our plans, pricing, and billing cycles are on our Pricing page. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or your billing portal. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend paid features until the issue is resolved.

We may change our subscription prices. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect on a renewal. Your continued use of the paid Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the increase takes effect with no penalty. Any price already shown and agreed for a current billing period will not change mid-period.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase, issues your receipt, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.

The Service integrates with third-party providers through their official APIs, and your use of those integrations is governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

Stintt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide timesheet functionality, do not transfer it to third parties except as permitted, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it unless you consent, it is required for security or legal compliance, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

AI features are strictly opt-in, and no data is sent to AI providers unless you explicitly trigger an AI action. AI-generated output is a suggestion, not a guarantee — we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness, and you are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before submitting timesheets or sharing them with clients or employers.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR grants you the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and withdraw consent for processing of your personal data. If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you the rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal information — and we confirm we do not sell personal data.

You may exercise these rights using the “Export My Data” and “Delete All My Data” tools on our Privacy Policy page, or by emailing privacy@stintt.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law.

We use Supabase as our primary data processor under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement.

All timesheets and exported files you generate belong to you, and you retain full ownership of your exported data.

The Stintt application, brand, logo, source code, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Any feedback you share with us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported data will be perfectly accurate — you are responsible for reviewing your timesheets before submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stintt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Service, with no refund for the remaining billing period. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
